1 load off my mind but this'd meant that the bills will come rolling too. I decided to go with Woon since he's very particular (like me) and seems to take pride in his work. Kept the budget to slightly below my expected expenditure ($39K) and with this, come with an entire overall of the house. Managed to squeeze in this sum since we saved on GST and this is quite a hefty bit.
Also had my 1st appointment at HDB today and i am halfway there to be the new owner of the house! Yes!!!! Can't wait to commence renovation & i am keeping my fingers crossed that there'd be no major issues. I am entrusting my faith in this interior consultant & I am kinda looking forward to see the perspective drawings. Whatever it's, the actual better be nicer than the drawings though. I am a storage freak so i am really hoping that the feature wall cum storage will turn out well. The place is afterall a tiny 90sqm so it needs to look visually larger than it's. I am beginning to read up on design tips & also speaking to others who have done their homes on what we should be looking out for.
Tmr will be my fengshui appointment. I hope the master clears the layout plan.
